OTHER LAUNCHES . NEW CONDOS
Martin Modern Showflat will open for viewing around 3rd Quarter 2017 . Launch by developer GuocoLand Limited . Subsidiary of Hong Leong Group . District 09 luxury condominium
ONE PEARL BANK SHOWFLAT LAUNCH PREVIEW
Some interesting facts about the One Pearl Bank condo. City fringe new condominium development at Outram MRT station. It is opposite the Singapore General Hospital medical complex, and close to Chinatown and Cantonment Road.
One Pearl Bank is, more importantly, on the fringe of the Tanjong Pagar and Maxwell Road end of the CBD (Central Business District), and as such, is counted as if it is in a prime district. Pricing-wise we can expect something in the mid-high range for the One Pearl Bank condo.
This project is also within 5 minutes drive of the future Greater Southern Waterfront. And at the moment it is also within 5 minutes walk from Outram MRT station, which is an interchange station serving 2 lines currently, with a third to be added soon. As such the opening of the One Pearl Bank showflat is driving some anticipation, and should expect a good turn out. Whether it will translate into sales is another matter, given the current surfeit of new launches.
