The Woods Square site plan will incorporate an open green network that brings a sense of porosity into the project. This creates a pattern of movement, one which is inclusive and harmonious, for a close-knit community.
The 4 blocks of of this development are oriented to encourage visual interaction with its location and surrounding elements, and between the public and private spaces. This interaction of spaces cultivates a sense of shared purpose, that gives meaning to this business hub.
The Woods Square site plan design makes clever use of the 2 plots, spanning them with a sky bridge across the service road, and integrating the development into Woodlands Square, to create exciting public spaces interlinked with pedestrian-friendly malls.

Connected To BOTH North-South Line & Thomson-East Coast Line
Woods Square will be connected with Woodlands MRT station on the North-South MRT line, and to the upcoming Woodlands Interchange station on the TEL (Thomson East Coast Line). The TEL will eventually link to Changi Airport in the south-east, and upwards north to the cross-border rail link with Johor.
Specifically, the Thomson-East Coast Line will run down to the CBD and Marina Bay, before looping east to run through the East Coast with its beaches and parks, and new launches, such as AMO Residence at Ang Mo Kio, LIV at MB, MeyerHouse, Coastline Residences, Amber Park, One Meyer, Meyer Mansion, and so on. Most of these projects in the East Coast of Singapore are freehold like MeyerHouse from its colonial legacy, with the exception of the AMO Residence, and LIV @ MB that was enbloc-ed from the former Katong Park Towers.
