Woods Square Floor Plan

Woods Square comprises 4 buildings: a 16-storey tower + a 12-storey tower (for lease only) + two 4-storey blocks.

492 office units in total, ranging from small to mid-size strata offices for sale covering about half the total office floor area, to large units for lease. It will also have 38 retail units for lease only (including a childcare centre).

Woods Square will have a sheltered connection (subject to the authorities approval in future) to the Woodlands Civic Centre and thereby to the future Woodlands MRT Interchange Station on the Thomson East Coast Line (TEL), to be ready around 2019.

Similarly a direct link to Causeway Point shopping centre has been planned, and thereby on to the Woodlands MRT station on the North-South Line (NSL) and to the Woodlands Bus Interchange.

The master plan for Woodlands envisages it as a pedestrian friendly township with inter-connected public spaces. The design of Woods Square fully supports that vision, with its network of covered walkways and pedestrian footpaths criss-crossing the site and interlinking all its buildings to its neighbours.

It will even incorporate bicycle paths on the edges of the site.
