2022 Update: Far East Organisation has completed Woods Square, and is now in the midst of building and launching a mixed development. This has a residential component called the Reserve Residences condo, which is integrated with a mall, community facilities, and transport hub. It is as conveniently located as Woods Square, being in the Beauty World precinct at Upper Bukit Timah.

OTHER DEVELOPER LAUNCHES . LUMINA GRAND EC
The Lumina Grand executive condo is another project located in an outlying HDB estate. In this case the Lumina Grand EC is sited within Bukit Batok estate, at the junction of Bukit Batok Road and Bukit Batok West Avenue 5. The developer is City Developments Pte Ltd, another brand name developer like Far East Organisation is for Woods Square
City Developments, or CDL, is likely to start the VIP Preview for the Lumina Grand showflat in early 2024, possibly in the first quarter. By then, the EC next door Altura, will probably be almost sold out. The expected Lumina Grand price should be similar to that for Altura, at around $1,430 PSF. This is also because both ECs are not within comfortable walking distance of an MRT station.
